It's been a revealing process in many ways, both personally and in terms of understanding the options for creating a program. Historically, I have struggled with perfectionism. The clear steps and accountability checkpoints in the excellent EPM design helped me observe under what conditions I got stuck. By listening to others' stories and receiving GREAT support from my coach, I've been able to shift my mindset so that I feel pleasure at taking the first imperfect step knowing that will move me towards the more refined version I'm seeking.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
I have written down a complete plan rather than having seemingly brilliant ideas that are stuck in my head. :)
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Provided confidence that simple can be enough.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Enjoy the iteration and don't try to have all the bells and whistles figured out before talking to people about it.

I can test my program ideas in a real way, get feedback, and create the most helpful program.
