I had many creative ideas brewing and was considering various ways to launch my Coaching business but was unsure of a specific niche or program model. I was overwhelming myself with various options and uncertainty and perfectionism kept me stuck in the brainstorm phase. I joined EPM because it was a focused structured program with coaching and community support and accountability to keep me on track and teach me the "ropes" of developing an online course. I learned the step-by-step pieces necessary to develop an engaging and compelling Experience Product. I followed the milestones steps and forced myself to overcome doubt, frustration and perfectionism that ordinarily would hold me back, and instead shifted my mindset to welcome challenges, frustration and rejection as a way to learn what is and is not working so I can "iterate my way to awesome". The mindset of "progress over perfection", along with the support, encouragement and skill development guidance from Marisa, and Coach Kevin during Pod Calls, and the other Coaches' input really made this experience enjoyable and increased my confidence in my ability to actually achieve my milestones and graduate and launch my MVP. I think I was able to finally identify myself as a course creator and a highly impactful Coach and Entrepreneur. I was able to narrow down my niche, clarify which clients and impact I want to focus on, and get really specific about my course content and modules, while getting energized about more and more creative ideas. The Ainslee and AI tools and templates and bonuses made everything so much faster and easier than I expected. I used chatterboxing to get comfortable and succinct at sharing my soon to be launched product and was able to get 5 beta testers to enroll in my course to launch next month. This confidence and belief in myself that "I can actually do this" and that with patience and persistence and the tools available from EPM, I can be immensely impactful and successful, has motivated me to continue moving forward on this journey. I am excited and looking forward to creatively continuing to build my product(s) and evolving them to have more and more clients and impact. I am hoping to have a ripple effect on my clients, community, friends and family.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
I am actually on a roll and have the initial moving parts in place to establish my newly developed business and first ever product launch.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It has given me confidence and belief that I can pursue this path and established a clear identity for me to be a Coach for teens and young adults and inspired me to think about future steps on this path with excitement and confidence to take risks.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
The attitude of progress over perfection and that "failure" is really just feedback to iterate and evolve, and to stack success with small wins.
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I am building a business with my MVP and will continue to use the tools to grow my business.
