I have been offering 1:1 services for years, and the income has been really inconsistent. I decided to change my business model to 1:few and create a class, but I had no idea where to start. Before EPM, I was signing up for a bunch of online workshops, reading everything I could get my hands on, and watching a million YouTube videos. I tried to make a sequential task list based on all of my research, but that only made me more confused. On top of that, I have ADHD, and I had no idea what to focus on to even get started. I was in a research loop and not getting anything done. Then came EPM! The modules were a lifesaver because they told me exactly what to do, AND I had gentle deadlines that helped my ADHD be successful. The successes gave me the dopamine I so desperately needed, and I actually started feeling addicted to doing the work. I thought about it all the time and was flooded with ideas. The tasks got harder as the class progressed and it was definitely challenging, but my coach normalized the struggle in a way that encouraged me to keep going and kept me focused on that next ONE step so I could maintain my momentum. The EPM community was amazing, and it really helped to share the experience with other. The other impressive part of EPM is that they cover all of the elements needed to create and launch a course. Before EPM, I spent more time trying to figure out what platform I should use to host my course because I thought that was the first step. I was so wrong! Working on my MVP was definitely the way to go. Now that I have my MVP, EPM has everything I need to move forward, and it's all integrated. Xperiencify will host my course, GoPlus will handle all of my business and marketing needs, and Ainslee will help me get started, which is often my biggest challenge. I also have to add that I decided to sign up for EPM because Marisa is the kind of coach I want to be and I instantly knew I wanted her as my mentor. Her and her whole team are so kind and generous, and you can feel their integrity and sincerity. They bend over backwards to give their students as much value as possible, and everything is so reasonably priced.
