I was struggling with clarity - The vision was/is clear for the bigger picture, but I couldn't figure out how to tie it into exactly what the compelling offer is/was to inspire the experts/mentors to join a visionary/mission based project at the beginning stages when there are no concrete results and testimonials to build the trust factor. So I felt stuck. With the support/encouragement of @CaochMel, I just kept working the milestone doc back and forth between Ainslee and ChatGPT - I guess knowing that I had a short window of time to get as much done as possible + Melanie checking in. It was as easy as it could possibly be. I never felt left behind or lost. The structure of the system was just the right amount of encouragement and "harassing" ;-) to show up and participate - it made a huge difference. To get to experience the way your system is designed and how effective it is/was for me and the cohort is really useful in seeing what is possible if I truly want my experience product to have the best chance at being successful for the people who are inspired to work with me.
