"

I joined EPM a second time, hoping to achieve something different and do things better. I came in knowing I needed to pivot, so I refocused and began working on my modules based on feedback from moms I had spoken to. I was struggling with my messaging, value positioning, and targeting. It really slowed down my efforts this year. My Experience Product (EP) from last year was not what people wanted, and I couldn’t move forward. I was afraid of failure and hesitant to take the next steps. I kept questioning everything, and no matter how many times I revisited the modules from last year, I still felt like I was missing the big picture. Moms and coaches alike felt I was missing the mark, and it left me feeling stuck, unsure, and mostly frustrated with myself. I had invested so much money and effort, but it seemed like I was nowhere closer to my goals.

To make things even harder, I got very sick during the holidays, which put me behind for several weeks. It took a lot for me to get back into the swing of things. I literally was going to quit.

My breakthrough came last week during my laser coaching session when Marisa told me I was being too hard on myself and judging without putting myself out there. She pointed out that the “issues” I was having was because of mindset. Coach Jen during during Success School and during my weekly pod has consistently been telling me that the fear I am facing is within myself not my product and theblack of implementation is coming from me. My realization that the failure or idea of failure is about me not taking action more so than the fear of launching or the idea I might fail—and I will continue to feel like this unless I take action and launching.

I am taking action by completing my MVP in the literal final hours and I am going to commit to my next steps to launch with confidence. I need to have a breakthough to set and commit to my launch date—no excuses so I can feel empowered to move forward and finally put my ideas into action."
