I was struggling to decide what I would offer clients as I switched from 1:1 to a small group model, and it left me feeling confused and frustrated about what to do next. I joined EPM and discovered that my model of overgiving was a disservice to my clients, plus it made it difficult to write clear content. Then I learned to offer one solution at a time and included experiences. Now, I have a very specific success model to follow, so building and delivering my program is easier, and I have the language to attract new clients!
