"I was coming out of a year long organizational client engagement and looking for a way to increase client engagement as people are feeling more stress and more demands competing for their time and attention. Along with that, I also wanted training and support to take the blended approach I'd developed in my client work and turn it into a course that I can brand for both seasoned and young leaders.
