I was struggling to work out what I was going to offer to people who are being bullied or harassed at work. Although that's my area of expertise I wasn't sure how to frame an offer. The milestones of the course helped me to work out what I could offer and how to make it attractive to potential customers. The pod calls helped to with both Matthew's input and the discussion between pod members in breakouts and with our coach.
