"For the past 2 years I was struggling with how to launch a one-to-few service for women in menopause. My one-on-one work couldn’t support the level of demand I was facing. It broke my heart to see so many women needing help, yet not being able to access my services because of time and financial constraints. I felt stuck and unsure of how to change my approach and reach more women at a price that was accessible for them - and still sustainable for my business.
That’s when I decided to join EPM. Through this training, I learned how to create, market, and launch an MVP online program. It was a major turning point. EPM provided me with a framework and step-by-step guidance on clarifying my offer, understanding my audience’s needs, and packaging my solution in a way that would resonate with them.
I followed the EPM steps and launched my first eight-week program. Although I didn’t get the results I had hoped for, the experience was invaluable. The feedback I received showed me that many women were interested in what I had to offer, but the upfront cost and the set eight-week schedule were barriers. Instead of giving up, I realised I needed to pivot.
With that in mind, I decided to shift from an eight-week group program to a more flexible membership model. By lowering the price point and offering ongoing support, I can open the door for more women to access resources and community without the pressure of a strict start-and-end timeframe. Right now, I’m working on my sales copy and refining my marketing strategy. My goal is to launch this membership on 1st March 2025, and I hope that this new format will be more inclusive and impactful for the women I serve.
Looking back, I’m grateful for the lessons I’ve learned so far. EPM not only taught me the nuts and bolts of launching an online program, but it also showed me the importance of listening to my audience and adapting accordingly. Now, I can’t wait to see how this membership program will evolve - and most importantly, how it will empower more women to navigate menopause with confidence and support."
