I first launched my MVP, the Accidental Leader Program, with a prospect who I thought was a "done deal." She ended up ghosting me, which was both surprising and disappointing. Not being deterred, I went on to the next person, who committed to moving forward. We are beginning on January 23. Coach Kevin's support during this process really made a difference; he was accessible and encouraging at every step along the way.
