āI was struggling to build a course that my avatar would want and I felt stuck and insecure, of course frustrated for a long time. I joined the EPM Experience Product Masterclass and that was when I learned and discovered a methodology that focuses on the pleasant customer experience and delivering value that they appreciate and need. What I did differently was follow the methodology, attend the classes, listen to my coach Mel and complete the milestone challenges every week and that is how a Minimum Viable Product was built little by little, to which I even gave a name.
